Duqqa (Egyptian Spice Mix)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. roasted coriander seeds
- 2 tsp. peanuts
- 1 tsp. split chickpeas
- 1 tsp. part dried mint leaves
- 1 tsp. part sesame seeds
Grind all ingredients together or whirl in a blender. Eat by by dipping baladi bread (Egyptian whole-wheat pita) in the mixture.
