Millionaire Fudge

–Combine the following in a Dutch oven:–

1. 16 oz. Hershey's chips
2. 16 oz. miniature marshmallows
3. 16 oz. Hershey's chocolate bar (with or without almonds, broken into sm.
4. pieces)

–Combine in a large saucepan:–

1. 4 cup sugar
2. 1 lg. can evaporated milk
3. 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Cook 7 minutes. Pour over mixture in Dutch oven and beat with electric mixer on high speed until smooth. Mix in 4 cups chopped nuts. Pour into generously buttered 12×18 inch jelly roll pan. Cool, cut and eat. Jan
