Mini Meatloaves

  3. 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  4. 2/3 cup bread crumbs — plain
  5. 2/3 cup red wine
  6. 1 whole egg — beaten
  7. 1 small onion — minced fine
  8. 1 clove garlic — minced fine
  9. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  10. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  11. 1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  12. 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
  13. 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  14. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  15. 2 tablespoons no salt added tomato paste
  16. 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  17. 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
  18. 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  19. 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Heat oven to 350 F. Put ground beef, bread crumbs, red wine, egg, onion, garlic, nutmeg, seasoned salt and pepper, sage and thyme in a bowl. Mix well. Form ground meat mixture into 4 loafs and place on a foil covered baking sheet. Mix hoisin sauce, tomato paste, dry mustard, garlic salt, five spice powder and soy sauce together in a small bowl. Divide sauce evenly over the 4 loafs. Bake in a 350 F oven for 35 minutes.
