Sugarfree Blueberry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

  1. 1 pint 40% cream
  2. 1/2 pint ice cold water
  3. 8-12 packets of Splenda (to taste)
  4. 1/2 pint of fresh blueberries
  5. 2 oz. maltitol chocolate, chopped

turn on machine dissolve Splenda in water add cream and water to bowl add chocolate chips. after 10-15 minutes, when mixture starts to thicken, add blueberries continue processing until ice cream is ready Chill in freezer for an hour or so, then serve
