Sugarfree Blueberry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- 1 pint 40% cream
- 1/2 pint ice cold water
- 8-12 packets of Splenda (to taste)
- 1/2 pint of fresh blueberries
- 2 oz. maltitol chocolate, chopped
turn on machine dissolve Splenda in water add cream and water to bowl add chocolate chips. after 10-15 minutes, when mixture starts to thicken, add blueberries continue processing until ice cream is ready Chill in freezer for an hour or so, then serve
