Mouth watering tasty and delicious Fried Corn Patties – a Thai Treat

Thai Fried Corn Patties

  1. 3 Cups Sweet corn kernels
  2. 1/4 tsp. pepper flour
  3. 2 tsp. chopped garlic
  4. 2 tsp. wheat flour
  5. 1 tsp. salt
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 2 cups oil

Knead together the corn, pepper, salt, garlic, egg and flour to obtain a stiff dough. Place the oil in a wok over medium heat. When the oil is hot, take 1 Tbsp of the dough, shape into a patty with the fingers, then place the patty in the oil. Continue making patties and putting them in the oil. Turn as needed so the patties brown on both sides; then, remove from the wok and drain on absorbent paper. Serve with a chilli dipping sauce. Hhmmm…good!
