Spring Thyme Salmon

  1. 1/3 cup tangerine or orange juice
  2. 1 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoons thyme leaves
  4. 1 teaspoons ground mustard
  5. 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoons salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
  8. 1 pounds salmon fillet

Mix tangerine juice, oil, thyme, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper in small bowl. Place salmon in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Makes four servings.
