Helen's Corn Casserole

  1. 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup Cornmeal
  3. 2 Tbsp Brown sugar ; packed
  4. 1 t Cream of tartar
  5. 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  6. 1/8 tsp Salt
  7. 2 Eggs
  8. 2 cn Regular corn ; 1 can drained
  9. 1 cn Creamed corn
  10. 8 oz Sour cream
  11. 2 Tbsp Butter

Mix all ingredients. Grease 9×13-inch pan and pour in batter. Dot with butter; bake at 350 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cut in squares and serve.
