Shrimp Po Boy

  1. 5 Peeled, tailed, fried shrimp
  2. 1 six inch hoagie roll
  3. 2 slices of provolone.
  4. butter
  5. tartar sauce

Shave about 1/4 off each side of the hogie roll, cut a slit on top of the roll almost the whole length of the hoagie. Butter each side of the hoagie and grill each side of the roll. Deep fry 5 shrimp. When the roll is grilled and the shrimp are fried, fill the slit in the middle with tarter sauce, then cram the 5 shrimp inside. Cover the whole top of the roll with 2 slices of provolone cheese. Place the stuffed hoagie in an oven until the cheese melts!
